    Glasses show as delivered but I never received them!

    The shipment tracking said it was delivered, but I never received the product. I’m so disappointed. I tried to contact both Solatice and UPS and I was bluntly ignored by both. Sooooo unprofessional! I’m sure it was delivered somewhere else, so I lost my money and I never got my glasses. This is not the way a serious company takes care of their loyal customers!
