I was sent glasses WITHOUT MY PRESCRIPTION. I tried calling without answer all day. I sent an email too. Nothing. I’m so disappointed in this company. I’m not interested in buying again.
Sent wrong item to me, so they had to have them back before they could ship the correct pair. So spending my time and gas, finding a printer to print off the shipping label to even get it dropped back off at the post office over their mistake. Now it’s taking even longer for them to do the return and ship the right pair. It’s been 3 days since delivered back to them. Terrible.
