Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and unworn, with original packaging and all included accessories and documents.
A $15 return-label fee is deducted from your refund. Prescription or custom-lens returns incur a $25 lens restocking fee and must include both custom and original demo lenses. Returns of orders containing three or more items incur a 20% restocking fee.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To choose a different item, return your purchase and place a new order.
