Item lost when delivered

The item was delivered by UPS but it was left in the lobby of my building. I live on the 6th floor of that building, NOT the lobby, the package was stolen. I reached out to Solstice for help and they say that the package was delivered to the right location, That I needed to contact UPS! I contacted UPS and they don’t allow me to place a claim because the item was “delivered to right location” but again, I don’t live in the lobby of the building and what’s the point of asking me for my apartment number in the address when making a purchase if is not going to be delivered to my APT! Anyways, Solstice didn’t want to help and kept telling me to reach out to UPS, no help at all. Lastly, I sent them a picture from UPS of where the package was left at and they are going to email me back saying that if I ever find the package, they are willing to extend the return time. Like you think if i were to magically find the sunglasses, I want to return them? I want the sunglasses, not a damn refund. Just pure nonsense.
