Thinner and lighter than plastic, polycarbonate (impact-resistant) lenses are shatter-proof and provide 100% UV protection, making them the optimal choice for kids and active adults. They're also ideal for strong prescriptions since they do not add thickness when correcting vision, minimizing any distortion.

High Index Lenses
A high-index eyeglass lens allows people with a stronger prescription to wear a lens that is lightweight and thin. This ensures more comfortable glasses even if your farsightedness, nearsightedness, or astigmatism prescription is high. The lenses are a high-index plastic material.

Hubert De Givenchy founded his namesake Haute Couture and Ready-To-Wear House in 1952. Upon launching, Givenchy almost immediatley earned a reputation for breaking classic fashion codes. Today, Givenchy remains synonymous with the dual notions of fresh modernity and aristocratic elegance, a tribute to the talent of Monsieur Givenchy and that of his successors, in chronological order: John Galliano, Alexander Mcqueen, Julien Macdonald, Riccardo Tisci and, most recently, Clare Waight Keller. In June 2020, the iconic house inaugurated a fresh chapter in its history by appointing designer Matthew M. Williams as creative director of women’s and men’s collections.
